We want you to be completely satisfied with your COEUR DE LION purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the jewelry in its original designer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
